Free return policy

For online purchases on Vakigrad.com, Vakigrad Group will refund the purchase price of merchandise returned in its original condition and only if accompanied by the original invoice, original Vakigrad packaging and security return/exchange label intact and attached to the item.

Free return shipping

Vakigrad Group offers free return shipping from the place of delivery on all orders to countries subject to Vakigrad’s Delivery Policy.

 

Return period

Merchandise must be returned to Vakigrad Group within 14 days of the date of delivery.

 

Liability for shipment

Vakigrad Group does not assume liability for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled or damaged. Any insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment is the liability of the Customer.

 

Worn, used, altered and damaged purchases

Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.

 

Customized products

Withdrawals, cancellations, exchanges or returns are not accepted for orders of customised products.

 

Refunds

Refunds are made to the original method of payment used for the original sales order.

 

Dispute resolution

The free return policy is a courtesy of Vakigrad Group. Vakigrad Group reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at Vakigrad's sole discretion.
