Vakigrad Terms & Conditions - Delivery Policy

Delivery policy

These terms and conditions constitute a legal document that outlines Vakigrad Group, its affiliates, and the Customer's obligations as part of the delivery and shipping of purchased goods.

 

Effect

The Customer’s purchase constitutes a legally binding agreement between the Customer and Vakigrad Group and its affiliates subject to the terms and conditions of the purchase and the delivery as laid down by the Delivery Policy. These terms and conditions are valid from the time of the Customer's acceptance and form the basis of the legal liability between the Customer and Vakigrad Group, any of its affiliates or contractors.

 

Free delivery

Vakigrad offers free delivery and return on all orders over EUR 500.

The European Economic Area

The European Economic Area includes: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.

 

Delivery time

From the moment an order has been recorded by the Customer, the order will be shipped from Vakigrad Group’s warehouse in Denmark within 24 hours Monday through Friday (Public and bank holidays excluded).

 

Delivery information

The Customer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the delivery information. Vakigrad Group or its contractors can not edit the sender and the recipient when a package label is generated or be held liable for incorrect delivery information provided by the Customer.

 

The delivery service

Vakigrad Group is not a carrier, freight deliverer or cargo company and does not handle the physical delivery of the shipment from the premises of Vakigrad Group and the premise of the Customer. Vakigrad Group has contracted with Pakkelabels.dk ApS to facilitate delivery and shipments through DHL, GLS, Danske Fragtmænd, PostNord and DAO365. Upon accepting the Delivery Policy, the Customer also accepts Pakkelabels.dk ApS terms and conditions and the terms and conditions by the Carrier. This includes, but is not limited to, complaints procedure and compensation claims for damage to or loss of package.

 

Questions about shipping and handling

Questions regarding a delivery must be made directly to the applied carrier. This includes, but is not limited to, questions about package status, delivery date or missing pickup of the package at collection points, as well as the individual carrier's terms and conditions.

 

Loss or damage

For loss or damage to placed order, the carrier is liable to the Customer subject to the individual carrier's complaint procedure and conditions.

 

Failed pickup

Vakigrad Group, its affiliates and its contractors cannot be held liable for purchases delivered but not picked up by the Customer, including orders not picked up with customs and tax authorities.

Returns

Return package labels have a validity period of 14 days from the date of receive of the purchase upon which shipments to Vakigrad Group or its affiliates will be at the expense of the Customer.

Duties and taxes

Duties and taxes vary depending whether the order is placed to be received inside our outside the European Economic Area and Switzerland. In general, for customers residing and receiving orders inside the European Economic Area or Switzerland, all applicable taxes are included in the purchase.

 

Responsibility of duties for orders placed outside the European Economic Area and Switzerland

For orders placed for delivery outside the European Economic Area or Switzerland, the payment of duties and taxes, whether the order is a gift or not, is the responsibility of the Customer.

Duties for orders placed outside the European Economic Area and Switzerland

It is the country of delivery that determines if the purchase is dutiable and/or taxable as well as the calculation of the amount of duties and taxes. Duties and taxes are not included in the price of the goods purchased online, and are not included in the overall shipping costs paid to Vakigrad Group.

 

Responsibility of duties for orders placed inside the European Economic Area and Switzerland

For orders placed for delivery inside the European Economic Area or Switzerland, the payment of VAT is the responsibility of Vakigrad Group. The VAT is therefore included in the price of purchases. There are no custom duties of purchases for orders delivered in the European Economic Area or Switzerland.  

 

VAT rate

As Vakigrad Group is a legal entity in Denmark, the VAT rate is 25%.

Changes

Vakigrad Group reserves the right to change these terms at any time at its discretion or in accordance with changes in laws.

 

Dispute resolution

Terms of the transaction are subject to the laws of Denmark. Any legal dispute between the parties must be settled by the court in Copenhagen, Denmark.
